This abuse of the system tarnishes the image of the industry as a whole and can not be allowed to continue,†said a spokesperson for the industry watchdog site.
The site has been negotiating with the online casino for the past six weeks, but the online casino has failed to take any positive measures to solve the issue, and has admitted that they are not prepared to resolve the issue at this time.
The industry watchdog site has been asking for the online casino to publicly state that they will no longer continue such behavior, and that they will not tolerate this behavior from any of their affiliates.
The watchdog site’s managing partner, Lou Fabiano, has also stated that their certified sites must, “… work vigorously to protect the rights of all of their affiliates, even if that means policing affiliates who maliciously hurt others for profit… By condoning these actions we have no choice but to revoke… [the online casino’s] certification, effective immediately.â€
